Horizontal color version published In "Time and The River Flowing" By Francois Leydet, in the Sierra Club Exhibit Format Series. This 1964 book circulated worldwide and was sent to every member of The United States Congress and many other Washington D. C. leaders to lobby for the prevention of two dams proposed in the Grand Canyon. Today Glen Canyon dam upstream dramatically affects the ecosystem of the Colorado River in Grand Canyon National Park. This is one of many reasons why some groups including The Glen Canyon Institute are campaigning to have Glen Canyon Dam removed.
